Delivery and Shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

After your payment is verified, orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped from our factory. Any orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. 

Note:

1) Prices, shipping and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred when delivering into your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

2) Please note during sales / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

3) It is advised to place your order in 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, etc to avoid any delay in your delivery.
